1. Beta Pass Refunds

Beta pass purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if the platform has not launched within 12 months of your purchase date, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

2. Token Purchases

Token purchases are final and non-refundable. Tokens are utility credits that can be used within the platform and are not redeemable for cash.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. Any remaining token balance will be forfeited upon cancellation. We recommend using your tokens before cancelling.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any tokens or beta pass benefits associated with the account.
